Ingredients
- 1 pound white American cheese, roughly chopped into 1" pieces
- 3 tablespoons chopped green chiles
- 2 tablespoons pickled jalapeno, diced (more or less to your liking)
- 2 tablespoons juice from the pickled jalapenos
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- dash of cumin, to taste
- kosher salt, to taste
Instructions
- Add the cheese and milk to a large saucepan and heat over medium-low heat.
- Continue to stir until melted.
- Once melted add in green chiles, jalapenos, pickled jalapeno juice, onion powder, garlic powder, and cumin. Whisk to combine.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
