Ingredients
- 1 ounce package cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- two ounce cans refried beans
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- one ounce package shredded cheddar cheese
- one ounce package shredded Monterey jack cheese
- 5 drops hot pepper sauce optional
- Fresh chopped parsley to garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 °F.
- In a medium bowl, blend the cream cheese and sour cream until creamy and smooth. If the cream cheese is at room temperature there won't be any lumps in the dip.
- Mix in the refried beans, taco seasoning, hot pepper sauce, green onions, half of the Cheddar cheese and half of the Monterey Jack cheese.
- Spoon the dip into an 8x12 or 9x13 baking dish. Top with the remaining Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses and garnish with parsley.
- Bake in the preheated oven 20 to 30 minutes, until cheese is slightly browned.
- Remove and serve hot with chips!
