Ingredients

  • 1 ounce package cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • two ounce cans refried beans
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • one ounce package shredded cheddar cheese
  • one ounce package shredded Monterey jack cheese

  • Fresh chopped parsley to garnish

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F.

  4. Spoon the dip into an 8x12 or 9x13 baking dish. Top with the remaining Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses and garnish with parsley.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven 20 to 30 minutes, until cheese is slightly browned.
  6. Remove and serve hot with chips!

Notes

  • Add as much or as little hot sauce as you prefer!
