- 1 Tablespoon salt

- 1 teaspoon Minced/Chopped Dried Onion
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne

Cup of Yum
Notes
- We recommend using the seasoning within a few days. If you plan on storing the seasoning for a longer period of time your will want to dry the brown sugar before adding it to the mix to prevent clumping.
- This recipe is roughly enough to season about 6 half pound burgers, 9 ⅓ pound burgers, or 12 quarter pound burgers.
