Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped ripe mango
- ½ cup Diced bell pepper
- ½ a medium jalapeno (seeds/stem/veins removed)
- 2 TBSP fresh lime juice
- ½ TBSP fresh cilantro (extra to garnish)
- ¼ tsp sea salt, or to taste
Instructions
- Chop, juice, and combine.
- Leave out some of the seeds and ribs of the jalapeño to reduce the heat or leave them in for a super spicy salsa!
