Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped ripe mango
  • ½ cup Diced bell pepper
  • ½ a medium jalapeno (seeds/stem/veins removed)
  • 2 TBSP fresh lime juice
  • ½ TBSP fresh cilantro (extra to garnish)
  • ¼ tsp sea salt, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop, juice, and combine.
  2. Leave out some of the seeds and ribs of the jalapeño to reduce the heat or leave them in for a super spicy salsa!

  • Love red onion? Feel free to add some to the recipe if you're jonesin' for a burst of onion flavor in your salsa!
