Quick Gyoza Sauce

Our 4 ingredient gyoza sauce is ready in just a couple of minutes and is the perfect sauce for dipping crispy gyoza into.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried chilli flakes

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients into a bowl.
  2. Mix well so everything is combined.

Notes

  • Allow the sauce to sit for 10 minutes before serving, as this will allow all the flavours to come together.
  • You can add a sprinkle of sesame seeds and some chopped spring onions (scallion) before serving for some extra flavour.
  • If this sauce is too salty, then you can add some honey or maple syrup to balance out the flavours.
