Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 0.5 teaspoon dried chilli flakes
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients into a bowl.
- Mix well so everything is combined.

Notes
- Allow the sauce to sit for 10 minutes before serving, as this will allow all the flavours to come together.
- You can add a sprinkle of sesame seeds and some chopped spring onions (scallion) before serving for some extra flavour.
- If this sauce is too salty, then you can add some honey or maple syrup to balance out the flavours.
