Quick Peanut Butter Snack Dip with Banana Slices
There's nothing quite like the classic peanut butter and banana combination, and this is the snack recipe to enjoy the pair together! A 5-minute sweet peanut butter dipping sauce paired with banana slices is a perfect snack for both kids and adults alike!
Ingredients
- ¼ cup peanut butter creamy
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 3 Tablespoons half-and-half
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds optional
- 1 Tablespoon peanuts chopped, optional, roasted
- 2 banana sliced
Instructions
- In a small bowl whisk or stir together the peanut butter, vanilla, honey, and half-and-half. Add additional cream if you prefer a thinner sauce.
- Serve the dip topped with chia seeds and chopped peanuts, if using. Dip in banana slices or drizzle the sauce on top of banana slices. Enjoy!
Notes
- Storage: any leftover dip should be stored in the fridge in a jar or airtight container. It will thicken after storage, so let come to room temperature and give it a good stir or whisk to make it dippable again.
