Ingredients
- 1/4-1/2 red cabbage depending on how finely you shred the cabbage
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Shred up the cabbage and place it inside a mason jar or airtight container. Use two if necessary.
- In a bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, water, sugar, and salt until everything is well mixed.
- Pour the liquid over the cabbage and then place it in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.

- Pickled cabbages lasts for up to two weeks in the fridge! Meal prep a batch and slowly make your way through it for two weeks!
