Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 4 cup chopped kale
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 English cucumber
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing any brand

Instructions

  1. Gather all the ingredients for the salad.
  2. Cut up kale, avocado, and cucumber into bite-sized pieces. Add all of the veggies into a medium-sized bowl.
  3. Cut up the hard-boiled egg into bite-sized pieces. Add the egg and quinoa to the bowl.
  4. Pour in your favorite ranch dressing and stir the salad to combine. Enjoy!
