- 1 cup quinoa
- 4 cup chopped kale
- 2 avocados
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 English cucumber
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing any brand
Instructions
- Gather all the ingredients for the salad.
- Cut up kale, avocado, and cucumber into bite-sized pieces. Add all of the veggies into a medium-sized bowl.
