Ingredients

  • 10 radish washed and trimmed of root end, small to medium
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil toasted
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt Maldon or other flaky

Instructions

  1. Place cleaned and trimmed radishes into a small bowl and drizzle with sesame oil. Sprinkle with salt and serve. Radishes can also be dipped into a small bowl of salted sesame oil.
