Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3 Tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the griddle to 275 degrees.
  2. In large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder then mix.
  3. Whisk in your butter, egg, milk, and vanilla using a hand or stand mixer.
  4. Mix in your sprinkles.
  5. Use a tablespoon to scoop 3 tablespoons of batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Flip when the pancake batter is full of air bubbles and cook opposite side.
  6. Place your pancakes on a large plate to serve.
