Rainbow Graham Crackers

These cheerful Rainbow Graham Crackers are an easy-to-make kids snack or St. Patrick's Day treat!

Ingredients

  • 3 Graham crackers divided in half, so they are squares
  • 6 pieces Rainbow Airheads Candy
  • 1/2 cup vanilla flavored Greek yogurt
  • Blue Food coloring
  • 24 mini marshmallows

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Stir a couple drops of blue food coloring into 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. You can also use blue frosting and skip this step.
  2. Spread about a Tablespoon of the blue yogurt on top of each graham cracker square.
  3. Bend the rainbow candy into a rainbow shape and press two marshmallows into the yogurt/frosting, on each side of the rainbow, on the outside, to hold it in place.
