Rainbow Paradise Cocktail

A tropical flavored layered cocktail made with coconut rum.

Ingredients

  • ice
  • 1 oz grenadine
  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
  • .5 oz blue curacao
  • 1 oz water

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add the grenadine to the bottom of a hurricane glass.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Add the pineapple juice and coconut rum to a cocktail shaker. Shake, then very slowly pour over the top of the ice.
  4. In a separate glass, add the blue curacao and water together and stir to combine. Slowly pour over the top of the ice.
  5. Garnish your cocktail as desired and enjoy!
