Ingredients
- 32 ounces plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen and defrosted
- 1/2 cup mango chunks, fresh or frozen and defrosted
- 3/4 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen and defrosted
- 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen and defrosted
- 1/2 cup black berries, fresh or frozen and defrosted
- 1 3.53 ounce pack acai, defrosted
Instructions
- Place raspberries and 1/2 cup yogurt in blender and puree until smooth. Divide evenly between 12 large popsicle molds and freeze for 5-10 minutes.
- Place mango and 1/2 cup yogurt in blender and puree until smooth. Pour on top of raspberry mixture in popsicle molds, and freeze for 5-10 minutes.
- Place pineapple and 1/2 cup yogurt in blender and puree until smooth. Pour on top of mango mixture in popsicle molds, and freeze for 5-10 minutes.
- Place spinach and 3/4 cup yogurt in blender and puree until smooth. Pour on top of pineapple mixture in popsicle molds, and freeze for 5-10 minutes.
- Place blueberries and 1/2 cup yogurt in blender and puree until smooth. Pour on top of spinach mixture in popsicle molds, and freeze for 5-10 minutes.
- Place blackberries, acai and 1/4 cup yogurt in blender and puree until smooth. Pour on top of blueberry mixture in popsicle molds, and freeze for 5-10 minutes.
- Place popsicle sticks in molds and freeze overnight.

Notes
- To ensure the layers of color don't bleed into each other, make sure that each layer is frozen before pouring the next layer on top. At least 5-10 minutes in the freezer for each layer should be perfect.
- You can use a spoon to place the mixtures into the popsicles, but I've found that pouring the mixtures into a measuring cup with a spout and using that to pour into the molds gives you more control.
- As you add more layers, it can sometimes be challenging to place the popsicle sticks into the molds through the other frozen layers. I will use a small paring knife to make a slit to stick the popsicle sticks into. You might need to use your muscles if they freeze too solid!
