Ingredients
-Makes 1 1/2 LB-
- 2 ts yeast
- 2 1/4 c bread flour
- 1/4 c walnuts
- 1/4 c golden raisins
- 1 ts salt
- 1 1/2 ts sugar
- 1/3 c whole wheat flour
- 2 tb oat bran
- 1/3 c rye flour
- 1/2 ts Walnut extract
- 1 c warm water
Makes 1 LB
- 1 1/2 ts yeast
- 1 1/2 c bread flour
- 2 tb walnuts
- 2 tb golden raisins
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1 ts sugar
- 1/4 c whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 tb oat bran
- 1/4 c rye flour
- 1/4 ts Walnut extract
- 6 1/2 oz warm water
Instructions
- Measure all the ingredients and set aside the raisins and walnuts and place into bread machine baking pan.
- Insert pan into the bread machine.
- Select the Sweet Cycle.
- Add walnuts and raisins when the "add ingredient" signal come on.
- Once raisin walnut bread is baked, remove from pan and cool.
- Cool the loaf to room temperature for 45 minutes before slicing.
