Ingredients

  • 3 cups broccoli pre-packaged, slaw
  • 3 cups carrot pre-packaged, slaw
  • ¼ cup almond toasted, sliced
  • 1 package chicken ramen (uncooked)
  • 4 scallions (sliced)
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, toss broccoli slaw with toasted almond slices.
  2. Add the raw ramen noodles broken into bite sized pieces as well as the scallions.
  3. To prepare dressing, whisk white vinegar with canola oil, stevia packets and chicken seasoning packet from the ramen.
  4. Toss well and serve – tastes even better after it has been sitting.
