Ranch Carrots Recipe

Ranch Carrots recipe is baked to perfection and loaded with ranch flavor. It is the perfect side dish without much prep work. Get this on the table in less than 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound baby carrots
  • 1 pkg ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley leaves chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and spray a baking sheet with a non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Place the carrots on a single layer on the baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil on top and then sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the carrots.
  4. Toss the carrots to coat them in the oil and seasoning.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the carrots are tender.  Then top with the fresh parsley and enjoy!

Notes

  • Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
