Ingredients
- 16 ounces cream cheese 2 x 8-ounce package, 450g, softened
- 1/2 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2/3 cup sharp cheddar cheese 70g, shredded
- 2/3 cup ham leftover ham is great here, 100g, sliced
- 1/3 cup chives 30g, chopped, or green onions
- 1 cup baby spinach 225g, loosely packed
- 5 corn tortillas the large white ones
Instructions
- Soften the cream cheese to room temperature.
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese with the ranch seasoning mix. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
- In a thin layer, spread the cheese mixture onto a tortilla.
- Add chopped ham, chives, and spinach leaves on top of the cheese.
- Roll up the tortilla tightly. Repeat the process with remaining tortillas.
- Place roll ups in the fridge for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Remove from the fridge and slice into half-inch pinwheels portions.

- Soften cream cheese to room temperature before mixing to ensure even blending and easier spreading.
- Refrigerate the rolled tortillas for at least two hours to allow the filling to firm up, which aids in neat slicing.
