- 1 ½ cups raw pecans
- 1 cup raw almonds
- ½ cup raw peanuts
- ½ cup raw cashews
- ½ cup raw pepitas
- 2 tablespoons homemade ranch seasoning
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- ½ teaspoon dried dill
- ¼-1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Add all the nuts and pepitas to a bowl and mix to combine.
- Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the top. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and salt over the top.
- Mix until well combined and all the nuts are coated. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden, making sure to mix halfway through.
- Sprinkle the dried dill over the tip and mix again. Allow the nuts to cool on the baking sheet before serving.

Notes
- *Serving size about ¼ cup
- If you prefer to use store bought ranch seasoning, use just 1 tablespoon and a little less salt. The reason being that the homemade ranch seasoning is less salty than the mix you buy at the store.
