Ranch Roasted Nuts

These zesty Ranch Roasted Nuts are the perfect savory snack, packed with a medley of crunchy nuts and pepitas.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups raw pecans
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • ½ cup raw peanuts
  • ½ cup raw cashews
  • ½ cup raw pepitas
  • 2 tablespoons homemade ranch seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • ¼-1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Add all the nuts and pepitas to a bowl and mix to combine.
  3. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the top. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and salt over the top.
  5. Mix until well combined and all the nuts are coated. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden, making sure to mix halfway through.
  6. Sprinkle the dried dill over the tip and mix again. Allow the nuts to cool on the baking sheet before serving.

Notes

  • *Serving size about ¼ cup
  • If you prefer to use store bought ranch seasoning, use just 1 tablespoon and a little less salt.  The reason being that the homemade ranch seasoning is less salty than the mix you buy at the store.
