Ingredients

  • ½ cup dry buttermilk powder
  • 1 ½ tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 ½ tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp dried dill weed
  • 1 tsp freeze dried chives
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl or mason jar.

Notes

  • This recipe is gluten free.
  • Homemade ranch seasoning mix can be stored in an airtight container, such as a mason jar, in the pantry for up to 6 months.
  • To make ranch dressing: combine 2 tbsp seasoning mix with 1 cup mayo and 1 cup milk.
  • To make ranch dip: combine 2 tbsp seasoning mix with 2 cups sour cream.
  • A ranch seasoning packet at the grocery store is 1 oz which equals 2 tbsp of homemade ranch seasoning mix.
