Ingredients

  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 2 Tbsp sugar, or to taste.*
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 4 cups filtered water

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Taste to adjust your lime juice or sweetener.
  2. Strain your agua fresca to remove any seeds.
  3. You can serve your agua fresca immediately, over ice, but I prefer to chill it first. Let it get really cold before serving.
  4. Agua fresca will keep for several days in the refrigerator, but the ingredients may separate, so give it a stir before serving over ice.

Notes

  • *Sugar is optional, and you can also use any alternative sweetener you like.
