Ingredients

  • 1000 ml sparkling water
  • 80 g raspberries
  • 10 g fresh mint

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Pour all of the ingredients into a jug.
  2. Mix well and leave to infuse.

Notes

  • If you want a more intense mint flavour, then you can steep the mint first. Add the mint to some boiling water and leave for 15 minutes. Then mix in a little cold water and add all that to the jug with the rest of the water and the raspberries.
  • Add some extra flavour and a burst of citrus by squeezing in half a lemon.
  • Keep it in the fridge for a few hours, as this allows all the flavours to really infuse.
  • You can either use fizzy water, tap water or coconut water.
