You don't just have to stay hydrated with plain water. Try this fruity Raspberry and Mint Water that will keep you hydrated through summer and is great for serving up at parties.

Ingredients
- 1000 ml sparkling water
- 80 g raspberries
- 10 g fresh mint
Instructions
- Pour all of the ingredients into a jug.
- Mix well and leave to infuse.

Notes
- If you want a more intense mint flavour, then you can steep the mint first. Add the mint to some boiling water and leave for 15 minutes. Then mix in a little cold water and add all that to the jug with the rest of the water and the raspberries.
- Add some extra flavour and a burst of citrus by squeezing in half a lemon.
- Keep it in the fridge for a few hours, as this allows all the flavours to really infuse.
- You can either use fizzy water, tap water or coconut water.
