Raspberry Butter
Fresh raspberries and jam combine for a delicious buttery spread.
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter softened, salted
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
- 1/2 cup raspberries fresh
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine 1 cup softened salted butter, 1/2 cup raspberry jam, and 1/2 cup fresh raspberries. Use a fork to mash the raspberries and mix all ingredients together until well blended. Or use a hand mixer if you prefer a whipped smooth butter.
- Spread onto rolls, muffins, or biscuits and enjoy!
