Raspberry Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch salt
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup raw sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs room temperature
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 1/4 cups raspberries frozen

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
  2. In a large mixing bowl cream together butter and two types of sugar.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well between each addition.
  4. Stir in flour and baking powder. Add a pinch of salt and mix until soft dough forms.
  5. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  6. Add raspberries and gently stir until evenly distributed throughout batter.
  7. Scoop batter onto prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes at 350°F.
  8. Allow to cool slightly on sheet before moving to a wire cooling rack.
