Raspberry Chocolate Frozen Yogurt Bark

Yogurt bark is a healthy and delicious snack made with a handful of ingredients. This Greek yogurt bark is so simple and easy that even a kid can make it.

Ingredients

  • 2 pack Two Good® by Light & Fit™ Mixed berry
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp frozen raspberries

Instructions

  1. Add the Two Good® by Light & Fit™ yogurt into a bowl. 
  2. Add in honey and mix until well combined. 
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture on a baking sheet evenly. Make sure the spread isn't too thin or too thick. 
  4. Sprinkle the chocolate chips, shredded coconut and raspberries on the yogurt spread.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for two hours or until it's fully frozen and easy to handle. 
  6. Break it into barks and serve immediately. 

Notes

  • Frozen yogurt bark can stay at room temperature for about 15 minutes. Freeze the leftovers immediately.
