Raspberry Limeade

Sweet, juicy raspberries combined with a zing of fresh lime, this easy to make Raspberry Limeade is so refreshing and delicious!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup lime juice about 4 large limes
  • 4 cups sparkling water or still water

Instructions

  1. In a small pot, simmer ½ cup water, sugar, and raspberries over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. Use a wooden spoon to gently muddle the raspberries in the pot.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a bowl. Use the back of a spoon to press on the raspberries to extract all the juice.
  3. Juice the limes and combine the lime juice into the raspberry mixture. It will make about 1 ⅓ cups of syrup.
  4. Divide the raspberry syrup between 4 glasses and top with sparkling water or still water.
  5. Mix together and enjoy.
