Raspberry No Bake Cheesecake Dip

Ingredients

Raspberry Sauce:
  • 6 oz frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 tbsp sugar more if you like it sweeter
  • 2 tbsp water
White Chocolate Cheesecake Dip:
  • 8 oz fat free cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup non fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 oz white chocolate melted

Instructions

Raspberry Sauce:
    Cup of Yum
  1. Mix raspberries, corn starch, sugar and water in a small sauce pan, stir and cook over medium heat until smooth and ready, about 7 minutes.
White Chocolate Cheesecake Dip:
  1. Mix cream cheese, greek yogurt and powdered sugar in a stand mixer or mix it with a hand mixer until no lumps are left and you have a smooth creamy mixture.
  2. Add in melted white chocolate and mix well.
  3. Fold in raspberry sauce.
  4. Let the cheesecake dip cool in the fridge for at least one hour. 
  5. Serve in bowl with graham crackers.

Notes

  • You can make the raspberry sauce using fresh or frozen raspberries. 
  • To make chocolate cheesecake dip, leave out the raspberry sauce and white chocolate. Fold in 6oz melted and cool milk/dark chocolate. If using dark chocolate, you might need to add more sugar. 
  • To make cherry cheesecake dip, leave out the raspberry sauce and use cherry pie filling instead. 
  • For strawberry cheesecake, substitute raspberries with frozen or fresh strawberries.
