Raspberry Sauce

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup of water
- 1 ½ tbsp cornstarch
- 20 oz fresh raspberries
- ¼ cup of sugar (more if your berries are tart)
- Zest from 1 small lemon
Instructions
- Mix the cornstarch with the water until well combined. Pour the water mixture, raspberries, sugar, and lemon zest into a pan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally for 4-5 minutes or until thickened and the raspberries are bursting. Remove from the heat and let cool. Spoon over your waffles, pancakes, French toast, crepes, or ice cream. Enjoy.
