Ravioli and Sausage Slow Cooker Casserole

This simple slow cooker sausage casserole recipe is made with sausage and cheese ravioli for a hearty meal that is a quick and easy dinner idea!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 1 pound frozen cheese ravioli
  • 32 ounces pasta sauce
  • 14.5 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parmesan for garnish

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Cut Italian sausage into bite-sized slices.
  2. Add sausage, ravioli, pasta sauce, diced tomatoes, and Italian seasoning to the slow cooker.
  3. Set slow cooker to LOW for 4 hours, or until sausage is fully cooked.
  4. Salt to taste.
  5. Remove from slow cooker and serve with a garnish of Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
