Ravioli with Carrot Fennel Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 package cheese ravioli homemade better, but store bought when in a hurry
  • 2 cups carrot fennel soup again home made is better but store bought if in a hurry

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to boil and cook the ravioli as per package instructions.
  2. While the ravioli are cooking, heat up the carrot fennel soup in a separate pan. If you want the soup (sauce) to be thicker, reduce it in the pan to desired thickness.
  3. Drain the ravioli when cooked and serve in warmed bowls with the sauce.
  4. Serve with a side dish.
