																							Ingredients
- 1 lb pork
 - 2 cups oil
 - chilli powder , to taste
 - 2 cloves garlic , thinly sliced
 - salt
 - black pepper
 - 1 red bell pepper
 - 1 green bell pepper
 
Equipment
- Wooden skewers
 
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for around 20 minutes.
 - Make the marinade by mixing the oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper, in a bowl, and set it aside.
 - Cut the meat into small pieces.
 - Start placing the meat on the wooden skewers.
 - Cover the meat with the marinade.
 - Let it rest for a couple of hours.
 - Heat a pan on medium heat and start roasting the meat.
 - Cut red and green bell peppers into wide strips and roast them in the same pan as the meat.
 - Roast the meat on one side for around 6 minutes and then turn over, and roast it for another 6 minutes.
 - Cook the bell peppers the same way.
