Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork
  • 2 cups oil
  • chilli powder , to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic , thinly sliced
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for around 20 minutes.
  2. Make the marinade by mixing the oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper, in a bowl, and set it aside.
  3. Cut the meat into small pieces.
  4. Start placing the meat on the wooden skewers.
  5. Cover the meat with the marinade.
  6. Let it rest for a couple of hours.
  7. Heat a pan on medium heat and start roasting the meat.
  8. Cut red and green bell peppers into wide strips and roast them in the same pan as the meat.
  9. Roast the meat on one side for around 6 minutes and then turn over, and roast it for another 6 minutes.
  10. Cook the bell peppers the same way.
