RECIPE - Homemade Simple Chicken Seasoning

This homemade simple chicken seasoning herb blend is an aromatic blend of herbs and spices that turns a plain roast chicken pieces into a delicious rotisserie style chicken piece. Simple to make plus you control the salt! Perfect for chicken pieces or on your next roast chicken. Try it mixed it with oil and rub it into some chicken breasts. Or use it as an interesting seasoning for some chipped potatoes. This simple chicken seasoning adds that savory deliciousness to your chicken.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon sage ground
  • 2 tablespoon thyme dried
  • 2 tablespoon marjoram dried
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper ground
  • ½ teaspoon cloves (optional)
