Ingredients

- 2 coops Ice cream (1 scoop for each cup)
Instructions
- Put ½ cup of sweet red bean soup into a glass cup.
- Next, put 1 cup of ice 5.3 oz into the cup.
- Then, pour ½ cup of coconut milk into the cup. And, put a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
Notes
- Cook adzuki beans to make the sweet red bean soup; adjust cooking time to reach desired thickness.
- Coconut milk adds richness; you may adjust quantity based on preference for creaminess.
- Any form of ice (shaved, cubes, crushed) may be used to customize texture and chill.
