Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise I used store-bought
- ½ cup roasted red peppers drained well if packed in oil or water
- 2 garlic cloves cores removed and crushed (see my notes)
- 1½ tablespoon lemon juice
- ⅓ cup fresh basil leaves firmly packed
- ¼ teaspoon fine cooking salt
Instructions
- Add everything to the bowl of a small food processor.
- Process until well combined, scraping down the sides as you go.
- Refrigerate the mixture until needed.
