Ingredients
- 8 slices of Dempster's white bread
- one red pepper cleaned and sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tablespoons herb feta cheese
- 1-2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
- butter
Instructions
- Fry the red pepper in the olive oil until softened. Set aside.
- Butter the slices of the white bread.
- Place four slices butter side down in a frying pan on medium heat.
- Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top, followed by strips of red pepper.
- Place some cubes of feta on top, then add more mozzarella. Top with another slice of bread, butter side out.
- Fry in the pan until each side of the bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted completely.
- Remove and place on plates. Slice as desired and enjoy!
