Ingredients
- 1 box red velvet cake mix (15.25 oz.)
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, and oil with a spoon. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop by heaping spoonfuls on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes or until they are set.
- Cool for 3 minutes on the pan and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
