Ingredients
Red velvet fudge layer
- 2 1/2 C white chocolate chips
- 1/2 C milk chocolate chips
- 1, 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1-2 tsp liquid red food coloring
Chocolate ganache layer
- 1 C semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 C heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray
- Using a medium sauce pan, combine the white chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and sweetened condensed milk
- Place over medium heat and mix until combined and smooth
- Mix in the red food coloring
- Pour the fudge into the prepared baking dish and set aside
- Using a small sauce pan, heat up the heavy whipping cream over medium heat
- Place the semi sweet chocolate chips into a heatproof glass bowl
- Once the whipping cream starts to simmer pour over the chocolate chips and allow to sit for 1 minute
- Whisk the chocolate chips and heavy whipping cream until smooth
- Pour the ganache over the top of the red velvet fudge
- Place into the fridge over night before cutting into 1 inch squares.
