  • 4 oz cream cheese , softened
  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour 8 oz
  • 1 cup pecan halves, toasted, 4 oz
  • ¼ cup heavy cream 2 fl oz
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder unsweetened, sifted, ½ oz
  • 1 cup maple syrup real, 8 oz
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp sugar 2 oz
  • 1 ½ tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 ½ tbsp water
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • kosher salt a pinch
  • 1 tsp cinnamon , ground
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 ¼ cup buttermilk
  • 2 egg large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp red food coloring
  • ½ stick (2oz) Butter, melted
