Red White and Blueberry Fruit Salad
My red white and blueberry fruit salad combines watermelon stars with bright blueberries and a pop of feta cheese for a sweetly patriotic 4th of July side dish.

Ingredients
- 2 pints blueberries, or about 4 cups
- 1/2 small seedless watermelon
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled. You can also use Mexican cojita cheese.
- 1 lime
garnish
- small mint leaves, optional
Instructions
- Rinse your berries and put them in a serving bowl.
- Slice the watermelon into thin slices. Use the cookie cutter to cut out stars. If the stars are too thick, carefully slice them in half. Add them to the bowl.
- Top the salad with crumbled cheese and squeeze the lime juice over all.
- The salad can be served immediately, garnished with the mint leaves, or chilled for later.
