Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon grainy dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Measure the dry ingredients (garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried basil, red pepper flakes, black pepper and salt) into a large mason jar. Shake until combined.
  2. Pour in the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice and dijon mustard.
  3. Cap with the mason jar top, and shake until well-combined.
  4. Set aside for future use. (And refrigerate if making in advance.)
