- 1/2 /2 cup olive oil
 - 1/2 /2 cup red wine vinegar
 - 1 clove garlic minced
 - 1/2 /2 teaspoon parsley chopped (optional)
 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
 - salt and pepper to taste
