Ingredients
For the Brownies:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 Cup cocoa powder
- 1 Cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup butter
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
For the Frosting:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2-3 tablespoons milk
- 3 cups powdered sugar
For the Topping:
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 1/2 cups chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups
- 1 cup Reese’s Pieces
Instructions
For the Brownies:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9X13 baking pan with a non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large microwave safe mixing bowl, melt the butter and chocolate chips together. Heat in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until melted and combined. Let cool slightly.
- Stir in the sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract. Then stir in the eggs, one at a time, until combined.
- Slowly stir in the cocoa powder, flour, salt and baking powder. Mix these ingredients in by hand and be careful not to over mix these ingredients.
- Spread the batter into the 9X13 pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the brownies comes out clean.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely before topping it with the frosting.

For the Frosting and Topping:
- In a medium bowl, cream together butter and peanut butter until smooth and fluffy.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, alternating with milk, beating after each additional until desired consistency.
- Spread the frosting on top of the cooled brownies.
- Add the chocolate chip and butter to a microwave safe bowl. Heat in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until melted and smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a piping bag or a ziplock bag. Cut off a small corn and then drizzle the chocolate over the peanut butter frosting.
- Sprinkle the chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups and Reese’s pieces on top.
- Let the topping cool completely and then the brownies are ready to slice, serve and enjoy!
Notes
- Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4-5 days.
