Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Fudge

Ingredients

  • 22 Reese's peanut butter cups regular sized, individual cups, unwrapped
  • 3 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk (I used a 14-oz can)

Instructions

  1. Line a 8x8in. baking dish with parchment paper and spray generously with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Place up to 16 of the peanut butter cups on the bottom of the dish in an even layer.
  3. Crumble remaining peanut butter cups and set aside in a bowl.
  4. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt together milk chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring continuously.
  5. Pour melted chocolate on top of the peanut butter cups in the dish.
  6. Immediately sprinkle with the crumbled Reese's.
  7. Gently press into the fudge and cool until firm.
  8. Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate to harden completely.
  9. Cut into 16 squares and serve.
