Reese's Pieces Bars Recipe

Soft and Chewy Reeses Pieces Blondies are a quick and delicious bar recipe. They are the perfect mixture of chocolate and peanut butter!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/8 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup Reese's Pieces
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine butter and brown sugar. Add the peanut butter and stir to combine. Mix in the eggs and vanilla. Stir well.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Stir into the batter.
  3. Pour in the Reeses pieces and chocolate chips. Gently mix.
  4. Evenly spread batter into a greased 9x13 pan.
  5. Bake at 350 for about 30 min or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool.
