Reindeer Brownies

Make Reindeer brownies a part of your Christmas tradition. They are so fun and really easy to make. Perfect for Christmas parties!

Ingredients

For the Brownies:
  • 1 box box fudge brownie mix (to be made in a 9X13 pan)
  • Ingredients to prepare the Brownie Mix based on the instructions
For the Decorations:
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 32 pretzel twists
  • 32 Candy eyes
  • 16 red M&Ms

Instructions

For the Brownies:
    Cup of Yum
  1. Line a 9X13 baking pan with parchment paper.  
  2. Prepare the brownie mix based on the package instructions in the prepared 9X13 baking pan. 
  3. Let the brownies cool completely in the pan. 
  4. Carefully remove the brownies from the pan to a large cutting board. 
  5. Use the heart cookie cutter to cut out 16 heart shaped brownies from the sheet of prepared brownies.   
To Decorate: 
  1. Place the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl.  Heat in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until fully melted.  
  2. Use a toothpick to apply the melted chocolate to the back of the pretzels, candy eyes and M&M and then carefully place them on each of the brownies to make the antlers and face of each of the reindeers on each of the brownies. 
  3. Then the brownies are ready to serve and enjoy! 

Notes

  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4-5 days.
