Ingredients
- 1 ounce can refried beans
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- tablespoon bacon fat
- teaspoons hot sauce (I like Cholula)
- Cotija, feta, or shredded cheese of your choice (optional, garnish)
Instructions
- Add the canned refried beans, sour cream, bacon fat, and hot sauce to a small pot over medium heat. Stir frequently as they heat up to combine.
- Once heated through, remove from heat and blend with an immersion blender. Or add to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Top with cheese of your choice and serve.
