Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter softened, salted
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoons parsley fresh, minced
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary minced fresh
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme minced fresh
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl use a fork to mash together softened 1/2 cup salted butter, 4 cloves minced garlic, 2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley, 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh thyme, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Ensure all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  2. To use, smear a tablespoon-sized amount on a platter or plate before setting a finished steak or piece of freshly cooked meat upon it. Then, add about 1 tablespoon to the top and let the butter and flavors melt into it.

Notes

  • Fresh is best, but when not available use 3/4 teaspoon dried parsley, 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, and 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme. 
  • Refrigerate for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
