Reuben Dip

With all of the traditional flavors of the sandwich, this Reuben Dip is creamy and savory and everything you love about a Reuben. It’s a delicious hot dip that is perfect for any party, game day or just to enjoy at home on a relaxing weekend!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 6 ounces corned beef chopped, deli
  • 1 cup swiss cheese shredded
  • ⅔ cup sauerkraut drained
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup Thousand Island dressing
For serving:
  • rye chips
  • crackers or chips, sturdy
  • Veggies like carrots, celery

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Coat an 8x8 pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream and dressing until smooth.
  3. Add corned beef, sauerkraut, and cheese and mix until combined.
  4. Evenly spread mixture into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Cool slightly and serve with crackers, chips or fresh veggies.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4-5 days.
