Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces tequila 3 tbsp, if gluten free make sure it's certified GF
  • 1 1/2 ounces rhubarb syrup see notes
  • 1 1/2 ounces lemon juice 3 tbsp, freshly squeezed, or substitute lime juice
  • Scant 1/2 teaspoon rose water
  • ice
  • sea salt optional garnish, or margarita salt
  • lemon optional garnish, wheel

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the tequila, rhubarb syrup, lemon juice and rose water. Shake well.
  2. Strain into an ice filled rocks glass, rimmed with salt if desired. Garnish with lime or lemon wheel.
