Rice Krispies Pumpkin Treats

Ingredients
- 6 cups of Rice Krispies cereal
- 1/8 cup of butter
- 4 cups of mini marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon Orange food coloring
- 10 mini Rolo candies
- 1 tablespoon green icing
Instructions
- Combine marshmallows, butter, and orange food coloring in a large saucepan and melt on medium heat.
- Once melted, add in the cereal in batches, stirring to combine before adding more.
- Remove from heat and place in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from the freezer, then roll the mixture into 10 individual balls, making sure to spray your hands with oil between forming each ball, and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
- Place a mini Rolo candy on top for the pumpkin stem, and pipe on green icing leaves.

Notes
- You can easily double or triple this recipe for a crowd.
- Spray your hand with cooking spray between rolling the pumpkin balls to reduce the chance of them sticking to your hand.
