Roasted Almonds with Smoked Paprika and Rosemary Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 large egg white
  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 2 springs fresh rosemary chopped
  • ¾ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk the egg white until frothy.
  3. Add the almonds, rosemary, smoked paprika and salt, and stir until the almonds are evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the almonds to the prepared baking sheet. Bake until the almonds are lightly toasted and dry, 18 to 20 minutes, stirring 2 to 3 times during cooking.
  5. Cool to room temperature or slightly warm. Serve.
  6. Store completely cooled almonds in an airtight container.
